Yes! The mask is formulated with gentle, organic ingredients that are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
How do I apply the mask?
Carefully apply the collagen mask to your face and leave it on for at least 2 to 3 hours.
What are your shipping and return policies?
We ship worldwide, and orders are processed within 24–48 hours. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
My tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check around your delivery address, with neighbors, or with your local post office first. Sometimes parcels are marked as delivered a little early. If you still can’t locate your order after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
